Scootering

Whoosh I heard as the scooters made a bumpy sound as I was racing past Miss Collins and Finn. Then slowly speeding up behind me was Nic.Suddenly I saw Nic crashing onto the grass. Then me and Nic had a time trial. Miss Collins timed me on her phone and my time was 28 seconds and so was Nic’s too. After that we had a time trial race. At the end of the race I won and my time was 27 seconds. I felt happy and my heart was pounding of joyness. Then Miss Collins had a go on my scooter I timed her on her phone and her time was 50 seconds. Sneakily I went onto the bowl when I went up I did a trick and my scooter slid. I thought  I was going to slip but I did not. Then I went back down and when I went up I did a really high jump. When I landed I could feel the scooter crashing down. Then my bars felt like they were going to snap. I said “wow that was scary”.

Winter Poem

Whistle, whistle I heard as the wind was whistling loudly  in the dark midnight sky.

 I saw white snow falling from the sky and landing on the ground forming frost and dangerous  black ice.

I play video games on the ps4 on the humongous TV by the red hot fire.

Popcorn

Bang, bang the popcorn sounds  like 100 guns going off in the war while its popping in the popcorn maker.

 Popcorn smells like powdery icing sugar and it also smells like butter on my white toast when it drips off the toast because the toast is so  burning hot.

Popcorn looks like buttery heaven in the sky. 

Popcorn taste like the driest dessert sand in the world with five hundred gallons of salt.

 Popcorn also feels like the softest yellow cloud ever in the sky.

Bubble Gum

Pop, pop, pop was the sound of the Hubba bubba bubble gum popping when Miss Collins blew a bubble. Sticky gum popped on her nose and I tried to pop the gum too but it was falling out of my mouth. When Andre tried it he spat .The strawberry bubble gum hurt my jaw when my teeth were chewing the stretchy gum. It was so so chewy it sort of got stuck in my mouth. Then I took a couple of minutes to get it out of my mouth.

Scooter Story by Lucas

Chapter ONE

ONCE THERE WERE SOME PEOPLE WHO WERE PRO SCOOTERS. THEIR NAMES WERE LUCAS,  Phoenix  AND ANDRE. THEY  COULD DO BAR SPINS, TAIL WHIPS AND BRI FLIPS ON their SCOOTERS, BOWL AND RAMPS. THEY WERE PRO SCOOTER TEACHERS and they HELPED PEOPLE BE PRO SCOOTERS ON The BOWL AND RAMPS Too. Then they met a kid called Jarrod and they  just hung with him. They also met a kid called Josh. They got their scooters and they  all had scooters called grits and half mgp.

CHAPTER TWO

THE next day they all went to the skate park and went into the deep as bowl and when Lucas went up the side he did four bar spins and landed it. After that they had a game of S.C.O.O.T. WE HAD TO DO EVERY TRICK THAT SOMEONE DID and if you fail you get a S, if you fail another trick you get a C,  if you reach the letter scoot your out.

CHAPTER THREE

After they all went to the park and they went home on their scooters. They all had dinner  which was  Burger King. The next day they all scooted to town and met a friend at the mall. They met him at the scooter wheels store and they all got new wheels for their scooters.  Lucas, Andre and Phoenix all went home in their car and listened to music on Lucas’s phone. The song they listened to was system of a down. On the way they had kfc for lunch after that they went scootering at the park. Lucas went on the mini bowl at the top and did five tail WIPS in the air then he Went on the big big bowl and did a big big back flip into the soft square pit. Phoenix Andre and jarrod ddi it too. They did a front flip and after that they went home and had butter chicken for dinner. They ate it we went home and went to sleep.  After that day they had breakfast and they had weetbixs for breakfast

That day they went to the skatepark and did heaps of tricks then we got out our bmxs they went on the ramps and did some bar spins up the bowl and did a out let then back in to us then we went home and had tea.                                      The end      

Frost Walk by Lucas

“Wow look at all that frosty ice and snow on the road and footpath”. We crossed the road and went to the park and there was frost on the bright green grass. Andre, Finn, Nic and I got muddy as shoes from running down the grass. When I was pushing the merry go round I fell over. Meanwhile we all ran down the grass on the bright diamond sparkled snow. I had snow all over my back after I rolled down the hill and my heart was pounding really hard in my chest. It was very very scary. Then me and Andre slid down on the concrete.  We all went down the hill. Nic, Finn and Andre all fell over on black ice and they all fell on their butts by dark black ice. They did not know the would slip over because the black ice was like an icy river.

Cold Snow Day by Lucas

I slowly opened the door... then I saw teeny tiny pieces of snow came crashing down on me. I felt the freezing cold snow. I was so freezing I was an ice sculpter because it was very, very cold. I saw my scooter and Phoenix's one too they were covered in snow like a polar bear. When we got them they were stuck to the wall and there was snow up in our axles above our wheels.
